The Church of Scotland Guild is a movement within the Church of Scotland which invites and encourages both women and men to commit their lives to Jesus Christ and enables them to express their faith in worship, prayer and action.
Presbyterial Council meetings are open to all Guild members.
Meetings of Carnoustie Church Guild are usually held in the church building on the second Wednesday of each month at 2.00 p.m.
The Guild Friendship and Study Group meets on alternate Thursday mornings - see our Calendar for details. Anyone interested should contact Irene on 01241 859405 to obtain a copy of the study book and to check the venue for each meeting.
Our members actively support Church of Scotland Guild Projects while following the theme Let Us Build A House. Over 2025 -2027 we plan to support: Scottish Bible Society - Bibles For Bairns; Scottish Charity Bear Necessities for Bairns Bulgaria with “Build My Church”; Operation Hope, a project in Egypt supported by the Charity Voice; Playful Beginnings with the Charity CrossReach, supporting families at Sunflower Garden in Edinburgh and Daisy Chain in Glasgow.
Our Guild supports the work of CrossReach, the Church of Scotland's Social Care arm.
