Carnoustie’s children and young people had three days of fun and games at the joint Church holiday club! Based on Scripture Union’s Diary of a Disciple holiday club material, the event was full of creative teaching, games, craft, songs, prayers and Bible reading. Children enjoyed Luke's story as he took us from the birth of Jesus, His teaching and miracles, and His death and resurrection.
The holiday club ran between 10 am – 12 noon for the first three days in August for children in p1 – p7. Members from Barry Parish Church, Erskine United Free Church, Carnoustie Panbride Church, Carnoustie Church, the Church of the Holy Rood and Carnoustie Baptist Church all worked together to provide the holiday club in the Baptist Church premises.
